Order Processing Time

Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update. If an order is not received within 10 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact support for assistance.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers may have restrictions on shipping to P.O. Boxes. Providing a physical address is recommended for timely delivery.

Refunds & Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting support. If canceled after shipment, it will be treated as a return and shipping costs will not be refunded.
No refunds are provided for any cancellations. Fraudulent activities, such as chargebacks or unauthorized transactions, may result in order cancellation or account suspension.
